At Tecinal, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience with FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after being placed. Your order will be considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. Please note that during peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • USA: 10-15 business days

  • Other Countries: 15-20 business days

Country-Specific Shipping Times:

Note: Shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to delays in transit that are beyond our control. If shipping internationally, customs processing may add additional time to the estimated delivery window.

 


 

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details could cause delays or result in order cancellation.

If our system detects any address issues, you will be contacted by our customer support team via email within 3 business days to verify the information. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice any errors in your shipping details after placing your order, please email us at customercare.dspf@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but changes may not be possible after this window.

 


 

Delayed Delivery:

In these cases, we’ll work closely with our courier partners to resolve the issue and get your package to you as quickly as possible.

We’ll notify you immediately if any delays occur, but please note that Tecinal is not liable for delays caused by external factors. Although we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, we’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, Tecinal is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items during the shipping process. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at customercare.dspf@gmail.com and we’ll assist you as best we can.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Reach out directly to the courier company to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.

  2. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates.

Please note that Tecinal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases fall outside of our refund policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, but this is not guaranteed.

In some instances, the courier may locate and deliver your package. If the package remains lost, we advise filing a police report for further investigation.
